About Jennifer Tracy

Days That Change Everything...

In 2004, my life took an unimaginable turn with the sudden loss of my husband and twin daughter. My surviving daughters, just 5 and 9 at the time, are now thriving adults, and I’m a proud Nana to my two grandchildren. These experiences, though devastating, shape everything I teach & believe: I deeply understand the complexities of navigating grief, mental health and the courage it takes to heal.

I won’t sugarcoat it—healing was a hard-fought battle. From facing PTSD, anger, depression, even despair facing the weight of suicidal thoughts. Rebuilding my life & faith, every step demanded persistence and grace.

Why I Do What I Do

Over the years, I’ve created a suite of resources to support those in need of mental health and wellness resources:

These solutions aren’t just resources—they’re lifelines for those in need and for those who dedicate themselves to helping others.
